- in fact, any frame kit under 100m2
After we’ve provided the quote estimate, if you’re happy with it and you decide to proceed with ordering there will be no charge on the design part of the job.
This promotion ends on 31 August 2024 and is in conjunction with our standard terms and conditions (terms of trade) which can be read here.
Terms and Conditions of this Promotion
Our drafting team will commence on your design and produce a set of framing plans and a 3D link to look over, similar to these* following you:
1) agreeing to a price estimate given to you based on your sketches and measurements (the price estimate given will exclude the drafting cost).
2) subject to our standard deposit of $1,500 + gst for your kitset project. Your deposit must be received before the close of business 31 August 2024, 5:00pm.
3) you agree that as part of the promotion your design may take a little longer than usual as other clients with larger projects may take preference for design time allocations. However, we are confident we will have your plans ready in less than 9 days.
4) you agree to our standard terms and conditions.
*The initial set of plans and 3D link you receive from us is a draft. You will advise us of any changes needed and we will make amendments to them until you sign the plans off.
In terms of manufacturing and delivery, your kit will have the same preference as any other job we have in our schedules.
The only disadvantage in taking up our free design offer is a few extra days needed to draw up your plans, that’s it!
If you want to email us your sketches for pricing, send them to contact@steelframesdirect.nz or use the contact form here where you can upload them. The better your sketches, the better price estimate we can provide and the faster they can be drawn, some good examples of ‘ideal’ sketches can be seen on this page.
