Each frame kit comes with:
- Grommets for electrical services
- Erecting screws (and panel screws if leaving the factory as a flatpack)
- Detailed assembly plans (and panel assembly plans if leaving the factory as a flatpack)
- First-class customer service
An optional floor panel is available with this kit, also discounted to only $929 incl gst. Our floor panels are made with a heavier grade of steel and are very strong.
Windows and ranch sliders are also available (right now, no wait time) through one of our partners. They fit these kits and are Low E glass and Argon gas for higher Thermal energy rating. Toughened double-glazed units both sides for safety. These are the Greenz Group range available at Bunnings Trade. If you want to source your own windows and they are smaller, all you need to do is box the trim size down, see this photo that explains this.

Other sizes and designs, we have a number of sleepouts and small cabin frame kits available, any of which can be adjusted to suit your preferences. In fact, the majority of the frame kits that leave our factory are custom. Check some of our designs out here.

The cancelled order kits that brought you to this page have already been manufactured so NO WAIT TIME, they are ready to deliver or freight to you NOW! Currently available as flatpacks for Nationwide delivery. We can also fully make the panels up for you and deliver them to your property (delivery or freight extra). Or you can pick up from our factory in East Tamaki, Auckland.
