How it works: design and manufacture
Our design, manufacture and installation teams use the latest Framecad software suite and can guide you through the whole process, including advice on the building consent. We’re experienced in all aspects of steel frame construction. Need to switch from timber? See timber plans to steel, or our design services.
Fabrication of modern steel frames and trusses
Our light gauge steel frames are fabricated using the latest technology and designer software, then strapped and wrapped and ready for delivery to your site in a matter of hours. Tiny homes and pods can be assembled at our factory and delivered to you by trailer. Every frame is clearly labelled and comes with full plans that are easy to follow on site.
Steel frame installation
We can arrange installation by teams of Licensed Building Practitioners who specialise in erecting steel framing. Our frames are straight and true, which makes installation quick and efficient, and they don’t shrink or rot the way timber can. Find out more about delivery and installation.
Steel frames delivered nationwide and to the Pacific Islands
We send frame sets daily throughout New Zealand, and we have good relationships with our freight providers, so freight is cost-efficient. For hard-to-reach locations and Pacific Island nations, we also supply flatpack steel frames.
